Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can:

• Assist customers through phone by responding to customer queries.
• Build relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service.

Main requirement: Be able to read, speak and write good english; should have good interpersonal skills.

Working hours: Any 6 days Monday to Sunday; Shift and Rota basis

Applicants should be available to join immediately.

Required training and documentation will be provided to carry out the tasks.
