Job Description:
  • Developing and overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and customer conversion.
  • End to end execution of online marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of creative’s and landing pages, ROI measurement, analysis and impact of campaign.
  • Identifying trends and insights in digital marketing, optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
  • Managing brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing and regular monitoring of Social Media profiles and customer review pages.
  • Exploring and developing innovative digital marketing campaigns for new product/feature launches.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and social media profiles.
  • Online Reputation Management and exploring strategies for customer retention.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar digital marketing/marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices that drive conversion and sales.
  • Experience in SaaS digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, ORM, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Have a good understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook for Business, LinkedIn for Business, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and other digital media tools.
  • Experience in optimizing and continuously improving the keywords for better Search Results.
  • Should be well versed with Meta Title, Meta Descriptions, Keywords, Alt Tags for all kind of keywords targeting.
  • Expertise in using third party email marketing tools like Mail Chimp.
  • Experience in designing and testing landing pages for capturing enquiries generated through email marketing.
  • Experience in growing a brand and ensuring brand visibility.
  • Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas.
  • Experience in content writing, preferable
  • Experience in working with a team (internal and external).
  • Strong communication skills.

Education:

  • Educated to MBA level.
